It's "Pontianak" and I don't know whether the video was fake or not. In my opinion, it's totally fake and it's just a story about the existence of this ghost.

Have you ever heard about "Toyol"? It's actually a ghost name called by Malay people. The video was captured using CCTV and it's impossible to be fake. You can see the image of "Toyol" walking down the street and it's really scary.

Demon Possessed Woman

This is actually happened in Brunei about years ago. The footage was quite popular but not all people believe in ghosts. Anyways, the woman in that footage was possessed by some sort of demon. I don't know whether it was real or fake but in my opinion the footage is real.
